Service Advisor

Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor to join a busy and well-established dealership based in Dorchester. This is a full-time permanent position and an excellent opportunity to create a career within the motor trade.

Responsibilities:
- Booking vehicles in for services and repairs
- Providing outstanding customer service, ensuring customers are regularly updated while their vehicle is with the dealership
- Initiating service documentation and job card productions
- Document all warranty work as per requirements
- Advising customers of the cost of work to be undertaken and a predicted timeframe
- Ensuring parts are available for the workshop

Requirments:
- Experience within the motor trade is an advantage
- Excellent customer service experience
- IT proficient
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Drivers licence is an advantage

The Service Advisor Role:
- Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm, every other Saturday 8.30am - 1pm
- Starting salary of £25,000, negotiable depending on experience
