JHE & Partners are pleased to once again be working with a leading local employer in the Sowerby Bridge area who are looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join them on a permanent basis. This is a superb opportunity to join a forward thinking business who look after their employees.
Key duties and responsibilities will include:
* Taking ownership of the ledger, monitoring aged debt and chasing via phone and email
* Following company credit control process, liaising with senior management regarding and potential issues
* Liaise with internal sales team and credit insurance company to set credit limits
* Handle a high volume of calls and manage queries to resolution quickly and efficiently
* Support other finance colleagues as required
* Other ad hoc duties as required in a small but busy finance team
