Requirements / Experience
* Experience working in a telesales / Account manager role previously or currently is an MUST
* Experience working with an FMCG sector with this job title is a MUST
* Confidence in using IT systems (including MS Office 365) with a working knowledge of Excel.
* Strong telephone contact handling skills and active listening.
* Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively.
* An understanding of working in a target driven environment.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the telephone.
Responsibilities

* Contacting potential customers via telephone, email or social media to generate interest in and sell our products.
* Achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
* Update CRM and database systems.
* Identify and assess customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction.
* Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
* Manage incoming & outgoing telephone calls.
* Keep records of customer interactions.
* Engage prospective customers through outbound calls to introduce our brewery, its products and relevant promotions.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships with new and existing clients whilst keeping them updated on new releases and exciting offers.
* Effectively communicate the brand story behind our beers to create a positive lasting impression.
