In this role, the successful Design Manager will manage and oversee the design process of multiple façade projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery while adhering to quality standards.
This role would suit a Design Manager experienced working within the specialist glazing and Façade industry, with a high degree of proficiency in producing 2D drawings using AutoCAD.
The Role
* Manage design teams in the UK and India to ensure project deadlines are met.
* Occasional staying away from home to attend meetings and design workshops.
* Monitor design budgets and adjust resources as needed.
* Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and site teams to resolve design issues.
The Person
* Experience in façade design management.
* Proficient in AutoCAD
* Broad technical knowledge of the overall construction process.
