We are looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst to work for a company which has been voted in the top 100 of the Sunday Times for the last 5 years.

The main duties will be: * Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans and strategies.
* Lead and mentor a team of QA analysts.
* Review and analyse requirements and specifications.
* Design, create, and maintain test cases and scripts.
* Perform test case reviews and provide feedback.
* Identify, implement, and maintain test automation frameworks.
* Analyse test results and report on software quality.
* Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure quality standards are met.
* Contribute to DevOps practices, including test environment setup and maintenance.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills: * Proven experience in software testing and quality assurance.
* Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
* Ability to lead and mentor a QA team.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
* Desirable skills for both roles:
* Experience with test automation tools.
* Knowledge of SQL and database testing.
* Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
