Parts Advisor
£28,000, plus bonus
Oxford
Our client is an established privately owned group within the transport and logistics industry, specialising in trailer manufacturing, vehicle and construction equipment sales and supportive services to the road transport industry. They have an exciting new opportunity for a Parts Advisor to join their team.
Parts Advisor Key Responsibilities:
* Organise and co-ordinate motor vehicle parts sales to meet customer and inter-department requirements.
* Maximise sales volumes and margins.
* Accurately identify customer parts requirements.
* Maintain parts stock and stock records.
* Process parts orders efficiently.
* Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
* Contribute to departmental compliance with company policies and industry guidelines.
* Promote parts and accessory sales.
Parts Adviser Key Skills and Experience:
* Previous experience within a similar role.
* Knowledge of Commercial vehicle Parts is an advantage.
* Strong customer service and communication skills.
* Strong organisation skills.
* A full UK manual driving licence is essential.
Hours: 8:30am - 6:00pm
Monday to Friday and 1 in 2 Saturdays for 4 hours at overtime rate
