Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and talented Graduate Design Engineer to join our team in Bedford. As a Graduate Design Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and development of mechanical engineering solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, ranging from product development to providing support for existing designs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the design and development of mechanical engineering solutions
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met
* Conduct research and analysis to support design decisions
* Prepare technical documentation and reports
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
* CAD Knowledge in Solidworks 
Requirements:
* Graduate with a degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
* Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and practices
* Proficient in the use of CAD software
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
* Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
