Claims Customer Support Handler
?Location - Eastleigh, Hampshire (Hybrid Working)
Salary - £24,100 per annum (increasing to £25,600 within 18 months)
Hours - 37 ½ hours per week, shifts between Monday - Friday Monday - Friday 8.00am - 7.00pm, with one in 3 Saturdays 9.00am - 5.00pm

Our client is seeking compassionate and resilient individuals to work closely with customers who’ve been involved in a motor accident with a policyholders, providing support and guidance to help them through the claims process.
Main Responsibilities:
* Contact customers to offer assistance following a motor accident
* Use your excellent communication skills to guide customers through the claims process
* Build strong relationships with third-party suppliers to expedite claim settlements
* Make informed decisions to control costs while prioritising customer satisfaction
* Thrive in a fast-paced environment, problem-solving effectively
Skills/Experience required:

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* The ability to influence and persuade others
* Excellent time management and organisational abilities

* Previous customer service experience
