D365 Business Central Integrator
Location: Central London - Hybrid Working 3 days onsite
About the Role: Join our global finance team as a D365 Business Central Integrator. Support finance users, maintain our Global Template, and drive continuous improvements with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC).
Key Responsibilities:
* Support global Finance users and maximize BC potential.
* Maintain Global Template and meet local legislative requirements.
* Manage product backlog, triage cases, and recommend enhancements.
* Configure and test BC solutions, participate in BC release roadmap.
* Create and maintain technical documentation.
Key Relationships:
* Internal: Finance IT Business Partner, Group Financial Controller, Regional Finance Directors, IT teams.
* External: BC vendors, local partners, Microsoft, other app support vendors.
Your Profile:
* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC Version 20+.
* Knowledge of SQL, VB Script, JavaScript, JSON, integration tools (Mulesoft).
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
* Experience in Finance, Audit, IT General Controls, agile teams.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* ITIL Foundation and operational experience.
Desirable:
* Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC certifications (e.g., MB-800, MB300).
* Experience with AL language extension, Jet Reports, Continia Software.
* Familiarity with Jira, Microsoft Visio, BPMN.
