Recruitment Consultant - Transactional Accountancy and Finance
Basic Salary: £30,000 - £50,000

This is a highly respected and established Leeds-based recruitment specialist. They operate in the professional services markets and want to add headcount due to demand and growth forecasts for the coming year. They have several employees with 15+ years of service and look after the people who work for them.
They wish to appoint a recruitment consultant to work within the Accountancy and Finance Division who will concentrate on placing permanent candidates within the transactional field. You will be responsible for developing the existing client base and selling your services to new businesses within your designated geographical area whilst achieving both activity and financial targets set. This is a 360-degree role and will suit an experienced recruiter who likes to be busy.
You must be able to demonstrate an excellent track record within a recruitment industry environment. Communication, empathy, sales and negotiation skills, planning ability, time management and professionalism are all qualities needed to succeed in this role. Face-to-face interviewing and client-facing skills are essential as they believe in the personal touch. You will be a natural problem solver who has ambition and has proved to be capable and loyal.
