As Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for the delivery of a diverse range of construction projects (£250k-£3m) across a number of sites and functions belonging to the group, with a heavy focus on new show room fit out & retrofitting of existing sites.
Undertake all aspects of project management, including costing, scoping, market testing and management from inception through to end of construction.

Description
* Demonstrable experience in managing construction projects, ideally retail fit out of new stores/showrooms.

* Good understanding of construction issues.

* Evidence of managing projects in a comparable environment.

* Minimum 3 years construction project management experience.

* Professional qualification is essential in construction or related field.

* Use of Microsoft Office, e.g. Excel, Word, Outlook.

* Full driving license held for a minimum of 6 months with fewer than 9 penalty points.

* Evidence of ’Right to work in the UK’
Profile
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in delivering a range of construction fit-out projects, preferably in the retail or commercial sectors. The role covers a broad region, requiring the ability to travel throughout the week with ease with overnight stays.
