Job Description:
Overview:
* Based in Dorking
* Up to £28,000 salary
* 37.5 hours per week - hyrbid
* On site parking

Job specification:
* Collaborate with line managers and senior management.
* Enhance website performance by driving upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
* Develop, target, and maintain rules, tag assignments, and widgets within third-party software.
* Oversee the management and maintenance of pinned items within categories.
* Ensure accurate merchandising and categorisation of new and existing products.
* Contribute to the discovery, suggestion, creation, and population of new product categories.
* Continuously analyse product and category performance.
* Provide the wider team with performance analysis reports and implement data-driven recommendations.
* Lead training initiatives on third-party software for team members.
* Oversee the performance of third-party partners and software.
* Perform continuous analysis and improvement of year-over-year product sales performance.
* Manage cut-off dates for personalised and direct delivery lines within categories.
* Monitor stock levels and expiry dates, adjusting product visibility as needed based on inventory information.
* Develop and implement best practices for on-site merchandising.
* Stay informed of global industry best practices and conduct competitor analysis.
* Provide departmental support as needed.
Person specification:
* Extensive experience in a merchandising role within an eCommerce environment.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Hands-on approach and a strong focus on delivery.
* Excellent communication and influencing skills.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with various teams.
* Strong understanding of brand value and the ability to positively influence it.
* Ambitious self-starter.
* High attention to detail, with the ability to work quickly and accurately.
* Energetic and enthusiastic personality.
* Skilled problem solver.
* Ability to multitask.
* Creative thinker and writer.
* Analytical with strong insight capabilities.
* Competent in regularly presenting findings and performance reports to stakeholders and other departments.

* Experience with using Google Analytics 4 and Big Query preferred
