Vacancy: Customer Services / Internal Sales Manager

Our company is one of the UK’s leading luxury packaging suppliers They are a growing and exciting business, who pride themselves on providing innovative and individual solutions to all customers.

As the Customer Services Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving client services and internal sales team towards excellence. You will manage a dynamic team, ensuring top-tier customer service and seamless operations. In addition to your managerial responsibilities, you will also engage directly with clients, providing hands-on support and expertise to meet their unique needs.

Westbury location. Office based role, working Monday - Friday 08.30 am - 5.00 pm.
The salary on offer is circa £35,000 per annum (depending on experience), holidays are 30 days including Bank Holidays. A statutory pension is on offer. Benefits include, free onsite parking, cycle to work scheme.

Key Responsibilities: * Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of client service advisors and internal sales staff, fostering a ’one team’ mentality while providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
* Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, building strong relationships, addressing their needs, placing orders, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
* Oversee daily operations, ensuring the timely and accurate processing of orders.
* Assist the team in achieving targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
* Handle escalated client issues and complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery, building relationships and addressing any cross-functional challenges.
* Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
* Develop and implement strategies to optimise team performance and sales outcomes.

Requirements: * Proven hands-on experience in a client service or internal sales management role, preferably within the printing or packaging industry.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
* Exceptional problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
