Are you a Customer Service Advisor looking for a long-term and stable role, working in a collaborative and lively office for a growing company that specialise in producing sustainable and plant-based products?
In this fully office-based role you will be working in a close-knit team of 7 to act as the bridge between the customers and the business. You will be processing orders through the system, liaising with the internal teams, and providing important delivery updates via email, with specific training given on the job.

Founded in the over 20 years ago, this food distributor pride themselves on their recent developments and growth, moving from a small to medium sized business. They supply their sustainable and plant-based products to major supermarkets across the UK and are looking to hire for the long-term due to their continuous plans for further expansion.

This role would suit somebody with a background in customer service looking to join a dynamic and forward thinking business where they can develop their knowledge further, whilst enjoying a collaborative and friendly working environment for a company they will be proud to work for.

The Role:
* Responding to customers via email
* Acting as the bridge between the customers and internal teams
* Using the ERP system, processing orders and allocating stock
* Ongoing training through shadowing within the office
* Monday to Thursday, 8:30am - 5pm, finish at 4pm on Friday
