Are you looking for a new role in Finance?
Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting an established and successful umbrella services organisation, with the appointment of a Payroll & Accounts Assistant. Their modern offices are located in Central Bristol, just minutes from Bristol Temple Meads.
You will be completing various finance duties within the wider finance function, as well as providing excellent customer service when necessary. Full training will be provided for the elements of payroll you will be handling, so this role will be perfect for individuals looking to expand their skillset.
Key responsibilities include:
• Assisting across both the sales and purchase ledgers.
• Completing bank reconciliations.
• Dealing with a large volume of transactions on a daily basis.
• Resolving payslip and invoice queries from clients/contractors.
• Processing timesheets on a weekly basis.
• Providing excellent customer service via telephone and email.
You will have:
• Previous experience working in a similar financial role.
• An AAT qualification or be willing to study to gain their AAT.
• Confidence when communicating with clients and good numeracy skills will be key.
And for you:
• 22 days holiday - going up to 25 after 3 years of employment.
• Social events throughout the year and annual conference abroad.
• Friday afternoon drinks in the office.
• Hybrid working model after successful completion of probation.
