We are looking for a property enthusiast and social media savvy candidate to join an established property agency in North West London. A newly created role, you will be the first person contributing towards the company’s marketing efforts as they look to grow, whilst developing your property experience.

As well as responsibility for the social media accounts, you will assist the wider sales and lettings teams with admin and helping to bring in new business.

Ideal candidates should have minimum 1 years’ experience in Property, coupled with social media experience.

Property tasks will include:
* Acting as brand ambassador for this well established Property company
* Assisting a busy Lettings team with admin, answering enquires, helping with walk in clients
* Assisting with new business
* Utilising the company’s drone to create eye catching footage of properties
* Creating social media content and posting to a variety of social media platforms
* Providing an excellent customer service experience
* Building and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and clients

You will be:
* Min 25 years old with clean driver’s licence (company car provided)
* Min 1 year experience in Real Estate/ Property
* Computer literate and IT savvy
* Social media experience
* Experience with Canva ideal but not essential
