Job Title - Team Assistant to 3 Directors
Salary - £32,000 - £37,000 DOE
Hybrid - 4 Days in the office 1 Day from home
Hours: 8am - 5pm
Location - Battersea, London
DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to.
* Proactively manage Directors’ schedules, coordinating with other Team Assistants
* Diary Management
* Handling meeting room bookings and client greetings.
* Support wellness programs, and social events.
* Collaborate with Office Management to ensure smooth office operations.
* Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and company documents.
* Coordinate events and entertainment for Directors and the team.
* Process expenses, manage invoices, and make payments.
* Provide reception coverage on a rota basis.
* Attend Admin meetings and follow up on action items.
PROFILE
To be considered for this role, you must:
* Have previous experience within a similar role or administration role.
* Excellent communication and telephone skills.
* Minute taking, advantage
* Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Experience in diary management.
* Possess strong organisation skills
* Possess strong communication skills both verbally and written
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
