Our client a well know charity is seeking a proactive and confident recruiter to join them on a temporary basis for a period of 3 months whilst they recruit on a permanent basis. They are looking for somebody to commit to three / four days a week. Located in Taunton or Yeovil, once established in the role their may be possibility of some hybrid working but this is not guarenteed.

Skills and Experience;

This would suit a candidate that has been working within an internal or agency recruitment role that has experience of leading the process and can offer creative solutions and support within the role.

- Recruiting experience
- Leading the recruitment process from attraction through to offer including all aspects of recruitment administration
- Using recruitment systems ( advising on design and development of a recruitment system would be desirable)
- Providing advice, guidance, and support to staff on all aspects of recruitment best practice
- Ability to attend events

This will prove to be an interesting and rewarding role, you will be part of a larger team however at times you will need to be able to work on your own. Having the ability to make decisions and use your own initiative will be key.
