Job Description - Forklift operator 
Osborne Appointments are recruiting for Warehouse Operatives for our client, an Industrial business, based in Dereham, on an on-going temporary to permanent basis.
Hours of a Production Operative: Monday – Friday 06:30am to 4:30pm
Pay rate: £30,000 annual salary
Duties of a forklift operator
* Picking using a picking sheet 
* Packing the picked items ready for despatfh
* Loading and unloading 
* Knowledge of despatch
* Adhering to all health and safety standards
* Various duties to be taken once trained
* Moving materials and equipment around the warehouse
* Keeping the warehouse tidy and organised
* Use of Counterbalance forklift 
Personal specification of forklift operative:
* Counterbalance Forklift License
* Must have good attention to detail
* Previous experience of working in in a Warehouse Environment 
* Applicants must be able to work under pressure
* Good computer literacy
* Applicants must be able to under take a physically demanding role
