Financial Accountant | Real Estate | £60-70k (DOE) plus bonus and benefits | London (hybrid)
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a market leader in the Real Estate industry in a broad Financial Accounting role within a growing division. Reporting into an impressive Financial Controller and becoming part of a very ambitious wider finance function, this is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified auditor to make the first move from practice into industry.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Setting up all financial reporting processes for this newly-established division
* Producing accurate and timely statutory accounts
* Preparing monthly management reports for review by the SLT
* Supporting the Commercial Finance team to ensure that periodic divisional reporting is prepared accurately and in accordance with corporate policy
* Identify opportunities across systems and process to drive improvements
Experience required:
* A recently qualified ACA/ACCA from a Top 10 audit firm
* Exposure to complex areas of audit; ideally a portfolio of large, complex clients (eg. FTSE-250)
* Real Estate sector experience is desired but not essential; a keenness to learn is a pre-requisite
* Bright, confident, articulate individuals who can demonstrate ambition and drive
