Job Description:
Our client is a friendly company in the Christchurch area who are seeking a new Accounts Manager / Service Charge Accountant in the local area.
You will be responsible for a variety of duties including:
* General banking
* Monitoring income and expenditure
* Raising invoices / credit control
* Preparation & submission of VAT returns
* Assisting with year end
* Reconciling client accounts and issuing annual budgets to clients
* Creation of Service Charge and Ground Rent demands, processing incoming payments
* Answering service charge queries
* Use of Quickbooks Online
Previous experience in property / service charges would be highly beneficial, but definitely not essential. You will need a good background in accounting, and previous experience Quickbooks would also be a great skill to have.
