Job Description:
We are supporting a North London based Real Estate Agency in it’s search for a Service Charge Accountant.
The business offers sales, lettings and block/property management services (both residential and commercial) and are looking for a Service Charge Accountant to join the team and manage a new portfolio.
Duties include;
* Preparation of income/expenditure reports
* Preparation of service charge accounts.
* Ensuring year end service charge accounts are completed in a timely manner.
* Budget reviews.
* Raising periodic service charge demands/ad hoc recharges.
* Assist with annual audits.
* Assist with collection of service charge arrears.
* Prepare client reports.
Experience/skills required:
* Previous experience of working within service charges essential.
* Good knowledge of Excel.
* Previous experience of using Qube is desirable.
Salary is between £40,000 - £50,000
