Description
The QHSE Manager will be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality, health, safety and environmental across site and will:
* Develop, implement, and maintain QHSE policies and procedures
* Promote a positive QHSE culture within the company
* Conduct risk assessments and audits in accordance with industry standards
* Facilitate staff training on QHSE matters
* Investigate incidents and implement corrective action
* Regularly report to senior management on QHSE performance
* Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
* Play a strategic role in the management team to drive continuous improvement
Profile
The successful QHSE Manager will possess a range of the following:
* NEBOSH qualification (diploma advantageous)
* Proven experience in an HSEQ role within manufacturing
* Experience of implementing, improving and maintaining QHSE systems
* Strong knowledge of HSEQ laws and regulations
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* The ability to influence and drive change
* A results-driven approach and a commitment to continuous improvement
