THE ROLE
A brand new role to the business, the Exhibitor Experience Manager will ultimately be responsible for the commercial returns of a wide range of exhibitor services via the exhibitor sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity to strategically lead the team to further success and a more streamlined sales approach.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Proactively planning for future sales and devising departmental business strategy
* Responsibility and ownership of achieving team revenue and KPI targets
* Developing the team’s proactive approach to business development
* Provide analysis on a monthly and quarterly basis.
* Working closely with department heads to deliver show specific sales campaigns
* Conduct Market research and proactively work to identify new opportunities.
* To prepare sales reports, including updated forecasts and to contribute to the Sales and Marketing strategy.
* Ensuring strong relationships with clients and excellent customer service
THE CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have proven experience in a fast paced, sales driven environment ideally delivering multiple services. You will be strategically minded with the ability to lead a team, have sound commercial understanding and a “can do” attitude.
