Job Description:
twentyAI is partnered with an agricultural business that focuses on sustainable farming practices and innovative agricultural technologies. They are the largest farming business in the UK, generating substantial revenue with a significant investment plan aimed at considerably increasing its sales, over £150 million, over the next five years.
The group is in the middle of a large digital transformation project and is now at the stage of upgrading its ERP from Epicor 10 to Kinetic. The business currently operates with 78 systems covering the varied practices of farming, from sheep management and fleet checking for vehicle tracking to regulatory systems for energy generation, which involve millions of transactions per year. A significant part of this transformation work will be to minimize any system duplication and automate as much as possible.
They are seeking a Project Manager who can effectively collaborate with and organize stakeholders across the business, overseeing various IT systems and finance projects within a comprehensive 3-year transformation plan. The ideal candidate will possess gravitas, a proactive mindset, and exceptional organizational skills. This role is part of the delivery team, reporting to the Head of Delivery, and will work closely with the Finance Project Manager and Epicor Product Owner. The company approaches this transformation on a quarter-by-quarter basis, currently focusing on delivering purchasing process updates by September, followed by inventory and supply chain amendments in their sales orders.
This role requires 5 days in the office per week in the Lincoln Office.
Responsibilities include:
* Managing the overall project budget
* Delivering multiple projects and coordinating resources
* Defining the project change roadmap and control processes
* Providing regular progress reporting, considering opportunities and factoring in risks
Experience Required:
* Project management experience within system change or finance process improvement
* Prince2 Practitioner certification
* Proven track record of delivering on all stages of the project lifecycle
* Strong communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate stakeholders across the business, fostering collaboration and problem-solving
