Job Description:
We are currently supporting this fast paced recruitment business to find an exceptional finance/payroll administrator to join their team.
Initially a fixed term contract of 12 months but, with the growth the business is experience there will certainly be an opportunity to develop within the business, potentially even training to become a recruiter!
Based in Kettering there will be some travel locally and to London on occasions for team meetings/training etc.
The role itself will see you supporting a busy finance manager with all administrative duties:
* Assisting with payroll for temporary and contract staff - weekly and monthly
* Ensuring timesheets are received and completed
* Liaising with external payroll
* Dealing with any payroll queries and resolving issues
* Assist operations with monthly financial reporting
* Raise invoices
* Credit control
* Support team with travel arrangements - flights, accommodation etc
* Admin support to the wider team as required
Skills/experience required:
* Experience working within finance/payroll
* Understanding of payroll processes, laws and regulations
* Knowledge of payroll system such as Xero or Bullhorn
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office - specifically Excel
