An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced Senior Change Manager/Director, working with a global Supply Chain and Pharmaceutical company.

As an experienced change professional, you will demonstrate working across people, process and technology change remits. This is essential, as to seamless support a variance of projects on-going simultaneously.
Having experience within life sciences, or global, complex organisations will be another key factor in identifying the ideal candidate.

The ideal candidate will have:
Degree in business related field or scientific field
Consistent record of preparing, managing and sustaining change in a business setting
Experience of strong partnership and coaching skills with senior executive leaders Experience of partnering with communications and training leads to deliver successful transformation
Strong influencing, networking, and team working skills
A proven track record of delivering tasks in a timely manner

This role is initially a 12 months contract, based in their Cambridge office with great flexibility.
