Customer Service Administrator
£22,500 / Kings Hill – Hybrid / Permanent

My client, a leader within the property industry, are looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to join their rapidly growing team on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will have some exposure to working in an office, will have a great telephone manner & strong administration skills.

Role & Responsibilities
* Provide helpdesk support to customers by email and telephone
* Ensuring customer queries are actioned in appropriate time keeping up with the teams SLA’s
* To work towards providing the highest level of customer satisfaction
* Inputting data onto the internal database
* General administration duties
Essential Skillset
* Some exposure to an office-based role is a must
* Previous experience in a customer service or admin role is highly desirable
* Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
* Ability to work to tight deadlines
* ’can-do’ attitude
