Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant 
Location: Trafford
Daily rate: £85- £95
Cover people recruiting patient and empathetic SEN Teaching Assistants to work in our vibrant schools across Trafford.
As a Teaching Assistant you will need to have strong communication skills and have the ability to adapt your approach depending on the needs of the child. You will need be resilient and be passionate about helping children thrive.  
Responsibilities:
* Provide 1:1 and group support to children with SEN, creating an inclusive environment.
* Help pupils to understand and regulate their emotions and behaviour.
* Support the educational and social development of children with special educational needs (SEN).
* Collaborate with teachers to implement individual education plans for pupils.
