**The Role:**
We’re looking for enthusiastic, proactive, and resilient individuals to join our team. You don’t need prior experience working in a school—what’s most important is your ability to connect with and support teenagers. If you have experience in roles such as youth work, coaching, mentoring, or any position where you’ve worked closely with young people, your skills are highly transferable!

Location: Sunderland
Salary: £13 per hour 
Hours:Full-time, Monday to Friday 8:30 am- 4:30 pm, Term Time Only
