Are you eager to work as a Premises Caretaker at a leading secondary school ?
We are seeking a diligent and renowned Premises Caretaker to work with one of our biggest clients in London to work as a Site Caretaker. The successful applicant must have previous experience in facilities and site management with excellent communication skills and a firm commitment to our school in every regard.
Caretaker Responsibilities will include:
* Ensuring a safe working environment
* Day-to-day maintenance, security and preparation of facilities
* Understanding of and the implementation of Health and Safety and Security protocols
* Flexibility and high standards of workmanship
* Proven range of maintenance and facility management skills
Requirements:
* Strong practical and problem-solving skills.
* Previous experience as a caretaker in a school setting.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
