My client is seeking an experienced leader to head their Actions Against the Police Department, specialising in, police misconduct, inquest representation, Human Rights Act (HRA), and Equality Act claims.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team handling complex legal cases, including civil claims and judicial reviews.
* Provide strategic advice to clients on their legal rights and case outcomes.
* Develop and execute case strategies for favourable outcomes through negotiation and litigation.
* Ensure compliance with legal standards and stay updated on relevant legal developments.
Your Profile:
* Extensive experience in leading legal teams, with a strong background in CFA work.
* In-depth knowledge of LAA requirements and LASPO.
* Qualified solicitor with substantial experience in police misconduct and civil liberties cases.
* Strong leadership, analytical, and advocacy skills.
