Due to the continued high demand for our clients exceptional service, they seeking an exceptional sales person to join the Chatteris team, welcoming a property professional who shares our enthusiasm for helping people move.
Our client is highly vendor and buyer focussed so the ideal candidate for this role MUST have the same enthusiasm for people and going the extra mile.
As a senior sales negotiator you will take the lead for the sales performance and generation of new opportunities for the branch.
Our client requires an individual who can spot and create new opportunities for market appraisals, sales, conveyancing, financial services and property management.
This role also provides the opportunity to conduct valuations, enhancing your potential earnings further.
Package.
Package:
• OTE - £31,000 to £33,000 (consisting of salary, commission on sales and individual commission on referrals)
• Mileage 45p per mile
• Car parking
• Use of pool car (subject to meeting insurance requirements)
• Hours 9:00 - 17:30 Monday to Friday
• 1 in 3 Saturdays 9:00 - 17:00
• Holiday 20 days + bank holidays
