Our client is looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join them on a full time permanent basis in their expanding Peterborough branch.
The role will suit someone who has a minimum of 1 years experience in an estate agency background and has a desire to go the extra mile for clients/vendors.
Candidate Profile
* A proven track record of sales and the ability to deliver outstanding customer service both face to face and over the telephone.
* Highly organised with superb attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and listening skills as well as fantastic telephone manner.
* Target driven and highly motivated.
The Role
Accompanying and arranging sales viewings, in return giving the vendors feedback.
· Knowledge of legal requirements.
· Organising promotional offer letters and touting materials.
· Generate leads, building client relationships.
