My client is a leading automotive dealership in Salisbury, Wiltshire who is renowned for their exceptional customer service and wide range of new and used vehicles. My client is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Car Sales Executive to join their team.
Responsibilities:
As a Car Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and providing outstanding customer experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Achieving and exceeding sales targets for both new and used vehicles.
* Building strong relationships with customers through exceptional customer service.
* Conducting vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
* Providing expert product knowledge on our vehicle range.
* Effectively utilising sales techniques and negotiation skills to close deals.
* Up selling additional products and services, such as finance, insurance, and accessories.
* Maintaining accurate sales records and CRM data.
* Collaborating with the sales team to achieve departmental goals.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in the automotive sales industry is advantageous.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong negotiation and sales abilities.
* A full UK driving license is essential.
* Passion for the automotive industry and a keen interest in cars.
* Target-oriented and results-driven mindset.
