What We’re Looking For: We are seeking experienced leaders with a strong background in children’s residential care. If you have at least two years of experience managing a team and are driven to create a nurturing and safe environment for children, we want to hear from you.


Qualifications:
* Level 3 Children’s Residential/Children’s Workforce or Level 4 Children, Young People, and Families Practitioner (Residential) qualification (or working towards it).
* A full UK driving licence is essential, as you’ll be actively involved in supporting our young people by driving them to appointments, school, social events, and family visits.
What We Offer:
* A competitive starting salary of £36,270, with a potential increase after a successful 6-month probation period.
* A fulfilling 46.5-hour work week, consisting of a mix of office hours and a 24-hour shift (including a sleep-in), allowing you to truly connect with the young people in your care.
* You’ll be part of an emergency on-call rota, taking responsibility for one week per month, ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents around the clock.
