Job Description:
Our client, a multi-practice leading US law firm are looking to hire a Finance Paralegal on a permanent basis working directly with the Partners and Associate.
* Salary up to £55,000
* Paid overtime available
* Hybrid working (3-4 days in the office)

Key Responsibilities for the Finance Paralegal:
* Assist lawyers with all aspects of finance transactions, including creating closing indices, proofing and amending documents, updating closing checklists and master closing bibles
* Draft corporate authorities and ancillary documents
* Limited due diligence in relation to corporate powers and authority
* Proofread and check documents
* Assist the team in consolidating and updating know-how
* Conduct research related to transactions and filings through both print and electronic sources
* Perform other tasks as assigned by the lawyers
Key Skills for the Finance Paralegal:
* Have previous Corporate / Finance experience within another law firm
* Excellent organization and communication skills
* Strong Microsoft Office skills
