Bell Cornwall Recruitment’s client is a technology company based in Lichfield catering to the medical industry. They are growing their team with a Lead Generator to support the sales of a new product, initially on a temporary contract until the right candidate can be taken on permanently- meaning there is every chance success in the temporary position will lead to a permanent opportunity.
The Role:
* Research and identify potential customers
* Cold calling- initiating contact with new clients by telephone mainly but also emails
* Qualifying leads, understanding who the decision makers are and whether they are suitable clients
* Managing the CRM System, ensuring all contact is logged and contact details are accurate
* Collaborate and with and hand off qualified warm leads to the sales closers
The Ideal Lead Generator will have:

* Experience in a sales/ lead generation environment is highly desirable
* Confidence to make cold calls
* Tech savvy, able to develop a familiarity with an IT/ communications product
* Self motivation and determination
* Persistence and resilience
