Job Description:
*Exciting Career Opportunity*: Senior Residential Care Practitioners Needed in Castleford

We are looking for 4 passionate and qualified Senior Residential Care Practitioners to join our brand-new residential homes in Castleford. If you have the experience, drive, and dedication to make a real difference in young lives, this could be the perfect role for you!
What We’re Looking For: We need experienced professionals with a deep understanding of children’s residential care or those with transferable skills recognized by Ofsted. You should have at least 2 years of experience managing a team and be committed to delivering the highest standards of care.
Qualifications:
*You should hold, or be working towards, a Level 3 Children’s Residential/Children’s Workforce qualification or a Level 4 Children, Young People, and Families Practitioner (Residential).
*A full UK driving licence is essential, as you’ll play a vital role in supporting our young people by driving them to important appointments, school, social activities, and family visits.
What We Offer:
*A competitive starting salary of £34,812.34, with the opportunity for an increase after a successful 6-month probation period.
*A fulfilling work schedule of 56.5 hours per week, including sleep shifts, giving you the chance to form meaningful connections with the children in your care.
*Your shifts will be based on a 3-week rolling rota, with an average of 10 shifts per month, totaling 244.5 hours.
