Job Title: Private Client Solicitor (3+ Years PQE)
Location: Prestwood, Buckinghamshire (with travel to nearby offices in Buckingham)
Salary: up to £60,000, dependent on experience
About the Firm: I am delighted to be working with a highly reputable law firm based in Prestwood, Buckinghamshire. This firm is well-regarded for its exceptional legal services and client-first approach. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to add an experienced Private Client Solicitor to their dedicated team.
Position Overview: The firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor with 3+ years of PQE to manage a diverse caseload of private client matters. The successful candidate will have a strong background in wills, probate, trusts, and estate planning, and will be confident working across multiple office locations close to the area.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing a varied caseload of private client matters including wills, probate, trusts, and estate planning.
* Providing expert legal advice to a wide range of clients.
* Drafting and reviewing legal documents with attention to detail.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, offering a high level of service and support.
* Collaborating with colleagues across the firm to provide a seamless legal service.
* Traveling to nearby offices in Buckingham as required to meet with clients and support the team.
Candidate Requirements:
* A qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years of PQE in Private Client Law.
* Strong technical knowledge in wills, probate, trusts, and estate planning.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proven ability to manage a busy caseload effectively.
* Willingness to travel between the Prestwood and Buckingham offices.
* A client-focused approach with the ability to build lasting relationships.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
