Job Description:
* Initial 3-Month Contract working with a superb organisation.
* Excellent day rate.
* Part time applications welcome. Immediate start date.
Responsibilities
 
* Preparation of accurate monthly management accounts for review by FC, including commentary.
* Maintain Prepayments and Accruals schedules
* Maintain Cashflow forecast daily
* Purchase ledger Invoicing and Control
* Fixed Asset Register& CAPEX budget management
* Balance Sheet Reconciliations
* Barclaycard management
* Administration work for Company Vehicles
* Implementation and Development of process improvements
* Provide support to invoice processing and dealing with supplier queries
* VAT returns & other HMRC returns
* Provide Payroll support
* Support the FC with internal and external reporting, audit and other statutory requirements.
Experience
 
* ACCA / ACA / CIMA Qualified or Part qualified with experience, may suit first time mover from practice
* Attention to detail
* Ability to think for self
* Problem solving skills
* Strong Excel Skills
