SF are thrilled to be working with a fantastic manufacturing business based in the Warwickshire area, who are currently on the look out for an experienced and driven Employee Relations (ER) Advisor to come and join their growing and fast paced team.

This role is a vital part within the business and will have the duty of providing guidance and support across all areas and departments within the business for matters relating to employee relations. This is the ideal next step for a self-motivated and confident ER Advisor who is looking to join an forward-thinking and supportive business. This role will handle everything ER from high and lower level cases including;

- Disciplinarians, grievances, appeals and TUPE
- Providing advice, guidance and recommendations to management on ER matters
- Advise managers on HR best practice, policies and procedures
- Prepare and provide all required packs
- Preparing reports and maintain accurate upkeep of records
and more!

This is a varied role and the ideal candidate will have;
- Strong ER/Advisory experience in their past roles
- Be able to demonstrate longevity within a business
- Ideally but studying or hold their CIPD 5
- Be a confident and driven professional
- Any experience with MS Excel, unions and flexible working is a bonus!

This role is a hybrid role with 2 days working from home. They also finish early on a Friday and have flexi hours should it be needed. With a salary of up to £37K depending on experience this role is a fantastic opportunity to excel and move forward in your career.
