Great opportunity for a Trainee Accountant to join their expanding team for a busy and varied role.
Key Responsibilities as a Trainee Accountant:
* Submit Soundings back up
* Run OSMO and upload invoices into Ideal
* Daily Sales Report
* Payables
* Receivables
* Process inward payments
* Prepare outward payments
* Receipt stock
* Bank recs - Put Close bank charges in BC and all other bank charges in BSC.
* Chase customers for overdue receivables
* Post purchase invoices
* China expenses
* Exchange rates - update Sage 300
* Print Daily Reports - Ideal
* Overdue Debt Report - Ideal
* Send remittances to factories
* Petty cash count and reconciliation - Added Lira
* Organise currency for trips
* Barclaycard
* Asset register
* Send invoices to customers from Sage
* iDeal reconciliation
Reports:
* Weekly Sales Report
* Monthly Sales History Report
* Monthly Factory COGS report
* Overdue Schedule
* Receivables Recoursed Report
* Receivables comments (Sage)
* Debit Notes Schedule - Fridays
* Payables - Fridays
* Invoice Breakdown Schedule - Ad Hoc
Key Requirements:
* Would look at an Accounting Graduate
* Or someone who has already gained some accounts experience
* Strong Excel skills - ideally to include Pivot tables
* Happy to work in a small team, supporting the Financial Accountant
