About the role
As the Hardy Plant Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the hardy plant section of the garden centre, ensuring that it’s well-stocked and beautifully presented. This role requires a knowledgeable and customer-focused leader who can inspire and manage a team.
The ideal candidate
The ideal candidate will have experience working within a garden centre and will have knowledge of hardy plants including roses, gardening and plant care. Having a passion for horticulture is an absolute must. You will have strong leadership skills and will be confident in running a small team and can train, develop, and motivate the people around you.
