The Company recruiting for the Service Controller:

The Role of the Service Controller:
* Coordinate the movements of the site and field-based engineering teams with regards to repair and maintenance.
* Supervising the engineering team and liaising with the internal fleet and supply chain personnel.
* Oversee orders for spares and consumables and manage the budget accordingly.
* Speak with customers and find resolutions for breakdowns and maintenance issues.
* Diary management of the field-based team and the workshop and repair team.
* Office based near Curdworth, Mon - Fri; 45 hours per week; 7:30am - 5:30pm and 1 in 4 Saturday mornings.
The Candidate for the Service Controller:
* Knowledge of the plant hire industry is of significant interest
* You’ll need engineering diary management experience
* Line management experience is desirable.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Good English communication skills.
* A driving licence is highly beneficial.
* Able to commute daily to Curdworth.
The Package for theService Controller:
* £30,000 - £35,000 Basic Salary.
