HR Advisor - Bournemouth - up to £35,000 - 12-Month FTC

We are seeking a proactive HR Advisor to join our talented team in Bournemouth on a 12-Month Fixed Term Contract. In this role, you will report to the HRBP and provide comprehensive support across all site functions. Your expertise in employee relations and HR policies & procedures will be invaluable in fostering a positive and productive work environment.
What you’ll be doing:
You will deliver a proactive and efficient HR service to managers and colleagues, collaborate with the HRBP to support various site functions, and provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations and HR policies & procedures. Additionally, you will engage in activities related to employee engagement, recruitment, performance management, and project work.

What we’re looking for:
* At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
* CIPD Level 3 (minimum) or 5 or equivalent
* Knowledge of HR policies, procedures and best practice
* Strong understanding of current UK Employment Law
* Good Excel skills (Intermediate)
* Experience working in a busy HR Team
* Team player with "hands on" approach
