Contracts Administrator/Legal Operations

£50K-£80K
Temp to perm role (contract period will be circa 2 - 3 months, and will aim to turn permanent after that)
Job Summary
Contracts Administrator to manage and oversee company’s contracts. The ideal candidate will ensure that all contracts are accurate compliant, and adequately monitored.
Key Responsibilities
- Using approved templates, draft contracts with clients, vendors, and partners, including (for example) filling in NDAs, DPAs, employment and contractor agreements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Maintain and organise contract records and documentation, including cleaning up current database to ensure only active agreements are retained.
- Help with implementation of CLM solution, becoming the go-to expert in respect of all CLM-related queries from the business. Overall contracts and records management
- Monitor contract performance and address any issues or discrepancies.
- Corporate filing and maintenance of relevant documentation for group entities using specialised tool.
- Collaborate with finance, marketing, HR and Ops teams.
- Ensure the business understands and comply with company contracts.
- Help with researching sets of contractual documents to ascertain facts (for example, if a particular customer can be referenced in marketing materials).
- Tracking Legal KPIs
- Maintaining Risk Register
- Technology implementation
- Shareholder communications
- Equity Platform Management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of contract law and legal terminology.
