Global Accounting Network are partnering with an international tech client who are looking to recruit an interim SAP Fieldglass subject matter expert to join their finance systems team.
As the SAP Fieldglass subject-matter expert (SME), you’ll manage the configuration and maintenance of the Fieldglass system. You’ll design and deliver regular end-user training and will support users across the business as they navigate the end-to-end process.
Main Responsibilities:
* Own and manage the configuration and maintenance of Fieldglass
* Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for Fieldglass users
* Proactively communicate with the Fieldglass users relating to performance updates, new functionality, training reminders, etc
* Monitor system performance, implement necessary updates and improvements
* Develop and deliver regular process training sessions
* Ad Hoc SAP Fieldglass tasks
Ideal Candidate:
* Prior SAP Fieldglass experience supporting users is essential
* Very strong communication skills
* Previous experience working within an international organisation would be advantageous
* SAP Ariba is desirable but not essential
