The Role of the Hire Administrator:
* Responsible for handling phone calls and booking site visits
* Generating hire documents, processing them and completing stock checks.
* Utilising Syrinx software to manage end-to-end hire processes
* Make customer satisfaction calls during and after hire, resolve any issues and feedback between other departments
* Working closely with the hire manager and finance manager
* It’s a fast-paced role, so you’ll have to be able to multitask and be confident using IT systems.
* Office based near Curdworth, Mon - Fri; 45 hours per week; 7:30am - 5:30pm and 1 in 4 Saturday mornings
The Candidate for the Hire Administrator:
* Previous experience in a hire or rental coordination or administrative role
* Strong IT and administrative skills
* Ability to multi-task
* Strong attention to detail
* Good English communication skills
* A driving licence is highly beneficial
* Able to commute daily to Curdworth
The Package for theHire Administrator:
* £30,000 - £32,000 Basic Salary
