* Email Campaign Strategy: Develop and implement a robust email marketing strategy to engage, nurture, and retain customers. Design and manage email campaigns from start to finish, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
* Content Creation: Craft persuasive and engaging email content that resonates with target audiences. Tailor messaging for different segments to maximise relevance and impact.
* Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse email marketing metrics to assess campaign effectiveness. Identify trends and provide actionable insights to optimise open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
* A/B Testing: Conduct regular A/B testing on email elements such as subject lines, content, and CTAs to continuously improve performance.
* List Management: Oversee the segmentation of email lists to ensure targeted and personalised communication. Manage database health and growth through list hygiene practices.
Qualifications and Skills
